How To Find Us
We are located on the Great Glen Way, just outside the village of Drumnadrochit.

Sat-Nav can be misleading, so alternatively please follow our directions:
If you are coming from Inverness, follow the A82 through the village of Drumnadrochit, past the Esso garage and the Loch Ness Inn on your right, then take the next immediate right over the stone built bridge – you will see our brown signpost and a lawned picnic area.
If you are coming from Fort William, follow the A82 past Urquhart Castle on your right, then Loch Ness Bay Camping at Borlum on your left. You’ll see a lawned picnic area on your left just before a stone built bridge – take the turning here where you’ll find our signpost.
Follow the Great Glen Way up into the hills for 3 miles, past each of our pink way marker signs, and you can’t help but find us on your right hand side. It’s a dead end road (for cars), so don’t worry, you can’t miss us or go too far!
Please note: the 3 mile road to Ancarraig Lodges is steep and windy in places and can be icy in winter. We advise that it’s a good idea to think about coming in a 4x4 to be prepared for all eventualities, or having winter tyres as a minimum in winter months. Snow chains or snow socks are recommended for 2WD vehicles. Snow can arrive overnight with no warning so it is always best to be prepared.
